Davy Jones Lead Singer of The Monkees Dies

Jones suffered a heart attack at his home in Florida, he was then taken to hospital where soon after he was pronounced dead. The famous front man leaves behind his wife Jessica, and four daughters from two previous marriages. Jones was born in England, and lead the famous group with such number one hits as "Daydream Believer" "Last Train to Clarksville" and "I'm a Believer". As fate would have it the band exploded in popularity in the 1960's after initially being formed for a scripted television show. Jones the singer, family man and icon last performed on February 19th in Oklahoma.
